College System

When it comes to success, the college system strives to build a system that is assured but in reality, success is a chaotic battlefield where sometimes clever, moral people fail and dumb, dishonest people succeed.  It’s impossible to eliminate the unpredictability completely. Again, boomer outliers were accepted as the norm.  I’m starting to believe that the greatest sin committed by the baby boomers was not their predation of the future, but rather their complete lack of self-awareness and mythologizing the exceptional conditions they lived in.

Caliber

Never evaluate yourself based on a quantity.  The man had more employment offers, but he was turned down for an interview at a top-tier company.  He receives more girls, but none are greater than a 6. Please resist giving up.  You’re most likely participating in a completely other league.  The points on the scoreboard are determined by caliber. We lose a lot of time when we compare ourselves to other people.  Yes, allow yourself to be motivated by others’ achievements.  But don’t linger there.  Focus.

Words To Live By

Treat those who hold “low level” employment with respect.  Give a generous gratuity.  Go to venues where the people you want to meet are frequently.  Pay attention.  Recognize that the game has levels and that you are playing at a lower level.  Give without anticipating receiving anything in return.  fastest approach to create a network that will last forever. You may think this is pointless until you have a network that can help you in more ways than one. Words that everyone should live by.

Big Stakes

Play games with higher stakes because if the challenge isn’t enough to bring out the best in you, you’ll take that challenge and make it tougher than it needs to be in order to bring out the best in you.

The Righteous

When you have the opportunity to sow the seeds of enduring love, you seduce women.  When you could preach the gospel, you instead sell them on get-rich-quick schemes.  When you could be guiding them toward honor, you instead taunt and chastise your friends into acting like shitheads.  I like you.  Your potential is high.

Address The Issue

Realizing that you’re postponing whenever you choose an indirect strategy because you’re frightened of failing makes life easier  Then I’ll start a business, I’m going to earn my master’s.  It’s a bad concept.  A master’s does not address the underlying issue.  The answer is action.  Begin right away. The biggest deal ever is “I’ll do it later.”  You’re just a slacker.  The moment you read this, start exercising.  Launch that company RIGHT AWAY.  However, I must first obtain X.  Definitely not.  Work now or always be a wuss.

The Ladder

The rung of the ladder to concentrate on is usually evident when I’m talking to myself.  The following one is it.  However, your brain will exert every effort to skip one, go back two, move lateral to someone else’s, look up costs on a new one, etc.  It’s still not time for the next rung

A Game To Play

Always submit rather than give up.  Giving up means you are no longer interested in participating in the game.  The opposite of playing the game with a lot of passion and concern is surrendering.  Play to win, where winning entails making the decision to play nonstop every day.

Payment Due

Getting stuck in a rut of only doing things you’ve always done and are consequently quite good at is dangerous. You stop paying your dues, you lose focus.  You therefore believe that anything else you try to do is “wrong.” As someone who has played golf five times, you aren’t awful, bro.  Keep going and pay your dues.
