Efficient Morning Routine

Morning routines are very essential to us as human beings and waking to the right mindset and attitude can really set us up

It’s easy to get lost in the overload of information that is available to us and think that other people know what is best for us. The truth is, they don’t. I believe that within ourselves, we know I believe that deep within ourselves and our intuition makes sure that we truly know whats best for us. Mainfestation is a powerful tool we often overlook and that tool of manifestation in our morning and nightly routines.

Speak highly of yourself before you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep each and every night because that is what makes life worth living.

An acronym called “W.O.L.F” does that. That acronym stands for –

W – Water

O- Oxygen

L- Light

F- Fats ( goes into the breakfast routine and what you eat)
